Saskatchewan, Canada — Flex ED is excited to introduce its brand-new Enrol & Earn referral program, designed to reward current families and friends who help spread the word about the Flex ED experience.

For the 2025/2026 school year, Flex ED is proud to offer a Tuition Free program to eligible Saskatchewan students — making our flexible, online education more accessible than ever. Limited funding is available, and spots are going fast — be sure to enrol early to secure your Tuition Free placement! Help us spread the word and earn rewards through our new Enrol & Earn program.

Here’s how it works:

✅ Refer a new student to Flex ED.
✅ The new student must register for the 2025/2026 school year, complete enrolment, and pay the required non-refundable $300 per-student registration fee.
✅ Once the enrolment is complete, we’ll send you $100 per student referred — within 30 days of their enrolment being finalized.

There is no limit to how much you can earn.

A few key points:

The $100 reward applies to the first registration of each new student, not per family. Example: if a family registers 3 students, you earn $300!
Students must enrol on or prior to September 25, 2025 for the referral to count.
The $300 per-student registration fee is non-refundable and required at the time of registration.
Rewards are paid out within 30 days after enrolment is complete and registration fee is paid.
A Referral Code system is available — you can register to receive a unique code if you’d like to share publicly or on social media. However, a code is not required. If no code is used, the enrolling student must provide your full name, phone number, and email during registration to ensure your referral is properly tracked.
Returning students are now eligible — referrals can be for new or returning Flex ED students.

Terms & Conditions

Program Overview:

The Enrol & Earn Referral Program rewards individuals who refer new or returning students to Flex ED for the 2025/2026 school year.

Eligibility:

Anyone may participate and register for an optional referral code — current Flex ED families, staff, friends, and the general public are all eligible to refer.
Referred students may be either new OR returning Flex ED students.
Only students who have not yet enrolled for the 2025/2026 school year are eligible to be counted as a referral. Students already enrolled for 2025/2026 do not qualify.
There is no limit to how many students an individual can refer and earn rewards for.

Reward Payment:

Rewards of $100 per student will be paid within 30 days after the student’s enrolment is complete and the non-refundable $300 registration fee has been received by Flex ED.
Rewards are paid per individual student enrolment — not per family.
Example: If a referred family enrols three students, the referrer earns $300 ($100 per student).
Payments will be made via e-transfer or mailed cheque, based on participant preference.
The non-refundable $300 registration fee must be paid in full before rewards are processed.

Referral Tracking:

A Referral Code System is available to simplify tracking and reward processing.
Using a referral code is optional. If no code is used, the referred student/family must provide the referring individual’s full name, phone number, and email address at the time of initial registration to ensure accurate tracking and reward payment.
Referrers may register for a unique referral code via this official program page. This allows them to share their referral link/code without needing to share personal contact information publicly.
Codes or referring names and contact details must be submitted at the time of initial registration. They cannot be added retroactively after registration.
Only registrations that include a valid referral code or the required referring individual’s full name, phone number, and email address at the time of initial registration are eligible for rewards.

Important Deadlines:

Enrolment deadline to be eligible for rewards: September 25, 2025 (or sooner if all tuition-free spots are filled).
Flex ED reserves the right to end the program early if maximum funded enrolments are reached.

Non-Refundable Registration Fee:

The $300 per student registration fee is non-refundable and required to complete enrolment.

“Tuition-Free” Clarification:

Tuition-free refers to fully funded tuition provided through Saskatchewan Ministry of Education funding, while spots remain available. Families are still responsible for the non-refundable $300 registration fee.

Program Limitations:

The referral program cannot be combined with any other promotional offers unless specifically authorized.
Flex ED reserves the right to verify all referrals, disqualify fraudulent or duplicate referrals, or adjust program terms if needed.
