Flex ED is excited to introduce its brand-new Enrol & Earn referral program, designed to reward current families and friends who help spread the word about the Flex ED experience.

How it works!

✅ The new student must register for the 2025/2026 school year, complete enrolment, and pay the required non-refundable $300 /student registration fee.
✅ Once the enrolment is complete, we’ll send you $100 per student referred — within 30 days of their enrolment being finalized.

A few key points:

  • The $100 reward applies to the first registration of each new student, not per family. Example: if a family registers 3 students, you earn $300!
  • Students must enrol on or prior to September 25, 2025 for the referral to count.
  • The $300 per-student registration fee is non-refundable and required at the time of registration.
  • Rewards are paid out within 30 days after enrolment is complete and the registration fee is paid.
  • A Referral Code system is available — you can register to receive a unique code if you’d like to share publicly or on social media. However, a code is not required. If no code is used, the enrolling student must provide your full name, phone number, and email during registration to ensure your referral is properly tracked.
  • Returning students are now eligible — referrals can be for new or returning Flex ED students.

How much can I earn through this program?

You’ll earn $100 for every student you refer who successfully enrols for the 2025–2026 school year. There’s no cap—refer 1, 5, or 50 students. It all adds up.

Who is eligible to participate?

Anyone can participate—whether you're a parent, student, alumni, or friend of Flex ED. Just share your code or info and start earning.

Do I need a referral code to get started?

Nope! A code makes sharing easy (especially on social), but it’s not required. If no code is used, the enrolling family must provide your full name, phone number, and email during registration.

When and how do I get paid?

Rewards are paid within 30 days of the student’s enrolment and once their non-refundable $300 registration fee is received. Payments are made via e-transfer or mailed cheque—your choice.

Can I refer more than one student from the same family?

Absolutely. Each student counts. So if a family registers three kids, you’ll receive $300—$100 for each student.

Are returning students eligible?

Yes! New and returning students can be referred—as long as they were not enrolled during the 2024/2025 school year.

When does the program end?

All referrals must be enrolled by September 25, 2025, or earlier if tuition-free spots run out. Don’t wait—spots are limited.

What happens if the family forgets to enter my referral code?

If they miss the code, no worries. As long as they enter your full name, phone number, and email at the time of registration, we’ll still make sure you get credit.
