High School Teacher
I was born and raised in Saskatoon, SK, and attended the U of S for all of my post-secondary education. I first studied music and completed a Bachelor of Education Honours with a major in saxophone in 2017. Then, I returned to complete my Bachelor of Education with a focus in music education and secondary mathematics. I have worked as a substitute teacher in Saskatoon and several nearby communities.
I love to play music and sing and enjoy learning new instruments whenever I can. Some of my other hobbies include swimming, baking, sewing, video gaming, and playing board games with my family and friends. I have also enjoyed being involved in lots of community theatre and musical theatre productions in and around Saskatoon.
From August 2019 to August 2020, I lived in Niigata, Japan, and worked as an Assistant Language Teacher teaching English to elementary and middle school students.
